NOTICE OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, on the 5th day of July, 2006, The Worthington Group Of Stoneybrooke, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, conveyed the hereinafter described real property and improvements thereon to David Wilson Long, Trustee, by Deed of Trust of record at Book 842 Page 644 in the McMinn County Register's Office, to secure certain debts and obligations as are described in said Deed of Trust, and WHEREAS, Russell E.
