The space will be composed of offices, an open lab (math, reading and writing) and restroom facilities. Preferred space will offer students safe, easy access to the Athens Site located at 2580 Ingleside Avenue, Athens, TN 37303. Space for lease must be within the western area of Athens, on the east side of Congress Parkway and no further than one (1) mile in proximity of the existing Athens site, including contiguous lots with easy access to boundary roads. A contiguous net useable space of a minimum of 2200 square feet and a maximum of 3300 square feet is needed to provide additional space to enhance our Athens off-campus teaching site. The space must be suitable for an educational environment, meet ADA and plumbing code requirements. The facility must meet all fire, safety and mechanical code regulations, and must provide a lighted parking area for a minimum of 29 vehicles.
