NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated October 15, 2007 of record in Book T949, page 690, in the Loudon County Register of Deeds Office, Angela Defeo and John Defeo, wife and husband, conveyed in trust to T.
