NOTICE TO: UNKNOWN HOLDER OF MINERAL INTEREST OF PROPERTY IDENTIFIED AS MAP 67 PARCEL 004.00 LOCATED IN RHEA COUNTY, TENNESSEE IN THE CHANCERY COURT, DAYTON, TENNESSEE CAUSE #10562 COMPLAINT FOR CLAIM OF ABANDONED MINERAL INTEREST In this cause, a complaint for claim of abandoned mineral interest has been filed by SAMUEL L. SWAFFORD, TRUSTEE OF THE SAMUEL L. SWAFFORD TRUST, owner of Map No. 67, Parcel No. 004.00 located in the 4th Civil District, demanding that the mineral interest estate be declared to be abandoned, that the interest lapse and be reunited with the above mentioned surface estate.
