LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR BID Pursuant to T.C.A. ^ 5-21-118, bids will be accepted in the Office of the Director of Finance; McMinn County Courthouse; 6 East Madison Avenue; Athens, TN 37303 until 2:00 P.M. June 4, 2013 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and announced for the following: FURNISH ALL LABOR, TOOLS, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT TO REPAIR ROOFS AT McMINN CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL IF The Submitted Bid Exceeds $25,000.00 1. All bidders will be required to provide a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the Lump Sum Bid Price with their bid. The successful bidder shall provide a Performance Bond for 100% and Payment Bond for 100% of the bid price.
