PUBLIC NOTICE The purpose of this notice is to make you aware of the McMinn County School System's responsibility for providing equitable special education and related services to parentally-placed private school children with disabilities, including those schooled at home. McMinn County Schools receives funds through the Individuals with Disabilities Act and American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
