She was born in New York City, and she and her husband owned and operated a Gulf gas station on Long Island for 14 years. She was a bookkeeper, a seamstress and worked building planes during World War II. She and her husband relocated to Piermont, N.H., in 1965, and then to Holiday, Fla., in 1976. She and her daughter retired to Calhoun in 1997. She was a well-loved resident at Etowah Health Care Center since 1999. She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Louise Pasafall Greis; two brothers; and her husband of 57 years, Emil Repp.
Survivors include one daughter, Anna-Louise Hass of Calhoun; one son, Emil A. Repp of Apalachin, N.Y.; grandchildren, Dale H. Armstrong of Riceville, Frank H. Hass of Veazie, Maine, Barbara Lescault of Binghamton, N.Y., and Jeffery Repp of Chenango Falls, N.Y.; eight great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law; and one niece and one nephew.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Thursday in the North Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home. Following the service at 4 p.m., the ladies of Jones Chapel United Methodist Church will host a small reception at Jones Chapel, located at 381 County Road 775 in the Claxton Community near Athens.
The family will receive friends at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
