Mary F. Miller Kiser

Mary F. Miller Kiser went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2008.

Born Oct. 1, 1943, she was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and was a lifelong member of Reed Springs Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Tom E. \"Tommy\" Kiser, her husband of 41 years, her parents, Charles Leo and Carrie Lee Miller; one brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Bernice Miller; one sister, Helen Miller Powell; one brother, George H. \"Dick\" Miller; one sister and brother-in-law, Wanda Miller and Gib Rolen; and three brothers-in-law, Elbert Anderson, Leo Kiser and J.L. Kiser.

Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Teresa A. and Patrick J. Manco of Virginia Beach, Va., and Lisa D. and John F. Scruggs of Sweetwater; two granddaughters, Alicia D. Roy and Brittany M. Roy, both of Sweetwater; three grandsons, Joshua M. Russell, Brandon R. Russell and Joseph T. Manco, all of Virginia Beach, Va.; two great-grandsons, David S. and Thomas C. Raby, both of Sweetwater; and sisters and brothers-in-law, Milda Miller Anderson, Lee Miller and Kenneth Hill, Charles Powell, Jessie Miller, Lon and Dean Kiser, Ida Rawles, Gladys and Claude Bradford, Mildred Wilker, Maudeen Kiser Ingram and J.R. Ingram and Haven Collins.

The body is at Kyker Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, with funeral services to follow at 8 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Dennis Ellis and the Rev. Bill Roberts officiating. Burial will be 10 a.m. Saturday in the Reed Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family would like to thank everyone for their prayers, calls, food and kind words.
