Donnie Blaylock

Donnie Blaylock, 53, of Decatur, died Saturday morning, June 20, 2009, at his residence.

A native of Crossville, he and his wife, Beverly, managed the Armstrong Ferry Campground in Meigs County.

He was preceded in death by his father, Eston Cordell Blaylock; and one brother, Eston Ronnie Blaylock.

Survivors include his wife, Beverly Lowe Blaylock of Decatur; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Clint Donnie and Belinda Blaylock of Birchwood, Cordell Luther and Megan Blaylock of Georgetown, and Anthony Dewayne Pody of Decatur; his mother, Rosie Cobb Blaylock of Ooltewah; one sister, Regina Guier of Ooltewah; one brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Libby Blaylock of Ooltewah; and two granddaughters, Montana and Mersaydes Blaylock.

There will be no formal services.

Ziegler Funeral Home, of Athens is in charge of arrangements.
