Cloy Ogle, 59, of Cleveland, died Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012, at a Chattanooga hospital.
He was of the Baptist faith and loved to work out-of-doors. He was a commercial brick mason, carpenter, backhoe operator, farmer and landlord. He enjoyed going camping, fishing and deer hunting. He was preceded in death by his mother Edna Mae Haire Ogle.
Survivors include his wife, Vickie Owenby Ogle; his father, Delmer C. Ogle of Cleveland; one daughter, Natalie Swafford; two sisters, Jean Stewart and her husband, Silas, of Cleveland, and Irene Wilson and her husband, Mac, of Crandall, Ga.; one brother, Larry Ogle of Wartburg; special friends, Connie Chambers, Don Bevins, Larry Duncil, Kenny Benson, Jim Dishroon, and Sue, Jack and Shirley White; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Charles Moore and Pastor Steve Beavers officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.
Pallbearers will be Dewayne Stewart, Scott Starcher, Shane Wilson, Brent Stewart, Steven Stewart and Kenny Benson. An honorary pallbearer will be Don Bivens.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
