Andrew Alfons Jeffreys, 53, died Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012, after battling cancer.
He was preceded in death by one son, Jason Jeffreys. His 30-year career in the HVAC industry concluded in Pensacola, Fla., as division manager for Engineered Cooling Services.
Survivors include his wife, Dee Jeffreys; his parents, Ludwina and Frank Jeffreys; his children, Drew Jeffreys and Melanie O\'Daniel; one grandchild, MacKenzie Bowers; one stepson, Casey Bridges and family; one stepdaughter, Annie Massey and family; and two brothers, DeVaughn and Reinhard Jeffreys.
His generous spirit continues after his death through the bequest of his body to the University of Tennessee Medical School.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Chattanooga in his honor.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, at St. Peter\'s Episcopal Church, located on Ashland Terrace in Chattanooga. The family will receive friends at that time.
