Wilma Sue \"Sis\" Ballew, 75, of Ten Mile, died Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012, at Athens Regional Medical Center.

She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and worked for the Meigs County School System in the cafeteria for 35 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Ballew; and her parents, Hubert B. and Bonnie Harrison Huff.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Janice Ballew of Athens; two daughters and sons-in-law, Connye and Rob Davis of Athens, and Sandy and Tim Moses of Decatur; one brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Malinee Huff of Athens; two sisters, Jane Powell and Bernice Woody, both of Ten Mile; six grandchildren, Kim Waldrop, Jessica Perez, Beth Moses, William McFarland, Brittaney Rentz and Abby Ballew; and three great-grandchildren, Zoe Womac, Chloe Waldrop and Nathaniel Rentz.

Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Bowers Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Duncan and the Rev. Curtis Porter officiating. Burial will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
