James Ray \"Butch\" Jirles, 65, of Sweetwater, died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bryan and Vassy Jirles; and one granddaughter, Kaydance Jirles.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Jirles: two sons, Mike Jirles and his wife, Kim, and Shane Jirles; one daughter, Ashley Jirles Rivas; one stepdaughter, Teresa Garzia; grandchildren, Dallas Jirles, Dalton Jirles, Analysia Rivas, Jose Jirles, Lillianna Jirles, Christian Jirles, Lelan Jirles and Dillon Motes; step-grandchildren, Billie Anderson, Brandon Anderson, Jeremy More and Lindsey Burse; step-great-grandchildren, Jayla Smith and Cayden More; one brother, Joe Jirles and his wife, Yvonne; one niece, Teresa Jirles; one nephew, Jason Jirles; great-niece and great-nephew, Desiree and Tacoma; and special friends, Rebecca and Roy Jenkins.

Memorial services are being planned.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
