Tonya Sue Morales-Velazquez, 35, of Etowah, died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012, at her residence.
She was of the Pentecostal faith and was preceded in death by her grandmother, Mary Sprague.
Survivors include her parents, Donnie and Donna Fewell; four children, Ashley, Brittany, Chasity and Joshua Cook; two brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Kizzy McCarty and Michael and Amy Fewell; two aunts and two uncles, Danny Sprague and Linda Rogers, both of Etowah, and Andy Morrow and his wife, Barbara, of Madisonville; her friend, Tessa Torbett; and several nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
