Wathenia \"Tina\" Pellizzari

Wathenia \"Tina\" Pellizzari, 74, of Etowah, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012, at her residence.

A daughter of the late Aden Hanson and Imogene Rolen, she was a native of Orchard Lake, Mich., and resident of Etowah since 1972. She was employed at Etowah Health Care. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Owen Pellizzari; one son, Darrell Lee Pellizzari; and her parents.

Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, Earl Olson of Etowah, and Johnny and Bobbi Jo Pellizzari of Etowah; two daughters and sons-in-law, Deborah Dills and Mitchell McDowell of Etowah, and Denise and Ronnie \"Rocky\" Raper of Etowah; five grandsons, Amado Olson, Robert Olson, David Weir and Whitney Sutton, Nicholas Dills and Joshua Pellizzari; two granddaughters, Tina Marie Patton and Kristie Olson; two great-grandchildren, Carter Weir and Cayci Lee Davis; a special friend, Carol McCroskey; and a cousin, Mary Sue Schemwig.

Funeral services were 7 p.m. Sunday in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home.

The family received friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday prior to the service.

Family and friends assembled at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home and proceeded to Etowah Cemetery for the 11 a.m. committal service.

Family served as pallbearers.
