Deborah Idell Patty Edgemon, 64, of Sweetwater, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013, at her home.
A member of Unity Baptist Church, she was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert and Hazel Joines Patty; siblings, Charlotte Ricketson, Patsy Patty and Ralph and Henry Patty.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Ray Edgemon; one daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Randy Croft of Madisonville; two stepdaughters, Sandra Edgemon and Cherlene Smith, both of Philadelphia; five sisters and two brothers-in-law, Joyce and Charles Mangis of Madisonville, Ellen Lynn, Anna Moser and Janie and Michael Sweet, all of Sweetwater, and Alice of Texas; one brother and sister-in-law, David and Rena Patty of Chatsworth, Ga.; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, R.W. and Willima Edgemon of Philadelphia, Leroy and Flora Edgemon of Meigs County and David and Martha Edgemon of Sweetwater; grandchildren, Kayla and Zack Bivens; great-grandson, Ryder Nichols; stepgrandchildren, Codey and Jake Harper and Chris Edgemon; three step-great-grandchildren; and several special nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Saturday at Loudon Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Butler and the Rev. Allen Presley officiating.
Family and friends will meet at Clarks Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. Sunday for graveside services.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
