Marti A. Roskind, 66, of Madisonville, passed from grace to glory on Monday, March 5, 2013, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow and Ethel Willett; one sister, Barbara Webb; and two brothers, Frank and James Willett.
She was a dedicated member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and a wonderful caregiver with great love in her heart toward children.
Survivors include her husband of 26-plus years, Adams Roskind; two sons and daughters-in-law, Austin and Lisa King and Jack and Katarina Roskind; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Kim Coleman, Shelia and Verlin Bowers and Katerah and Randy Martin; two stepsons and spouses, Andrew and Jodie Roskind and David and Carol Roskind; 18 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one brother, Paul Willett; and several nieces and nephews and some special children.
Funeral services will be 8 p.m. Saturday at Bethlehem Baptist Church with the Rev. Frank Hicks officiating. Burial will be 2 p.m. Sunday in Haven Hill Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bethlehem Baptist Church Playground Fund or Gideons International.
Biereley-Hale Funeral Home of Madisonville is in charge of arrangements.
