Edward Lee \"Chuck\" Price, 81, of Lenoir City, died Saturday, June 1, 2013, at his home.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in the Korean War. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and was retired from the upholstery business and from the Loudon County Convenience Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Allen and Ethel Henderson Price, and two brothers, Clyde and Cotton Price.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Ruth Bradford Price; one son, Mike Price of Lenoir City; one daughter and son-in-law, Elaine and Clayton Bryant of Knoxville; one grandson, Michael Price Jr. and his wife, Rachel, who was his special caregiver, of Lenoir City; one brother, Jim Price, and one sister, Odell McPhail, both of Athens; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Click Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with the Rev. Virgil Davis officiating.
Family and friends will gather at the funeral home by 1:30 p.m. Tuesday and proceed to Loudon County Memorial Gardens for the 2 p.m. graveside services with military honors to be conferred by the Loudon County Veterans Honor Guard.
